Job summary

Xbattery Energy Private Limited seeks a hands-on Hardware Technician/Engineer with strong PCB soldering and component rework experience to support prototype assembly and hardware debugging. Responsibilities

• Perform PCB soldering, component replacement, rework, and board-level modifications.
• Handle 0201, 0402, 0603, and other small SMD components.
• Carry out rework on QFN, UFN, DFN, HDQFN, TSSOP, SOIC, and other fine-pitch IC packages.
• Inspect PCBs and identify soldering defects, component-placement issues, and assembly faults.
• Read and interpret PCB layouts, schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and component datasheets.
• Support prototype PCB assembly, testing, and basic hardware debugging.
• Follow appropriate electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions and PCB handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in using soldering stations, hot-air/rework stations, and microscopes.
• Good understanding of electronic components, PCB footprints, component orientation, and polarity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BGA, QFN, and DFN component rework.
• Exposure to both prototype and production PCBs.
• Basic knowledge of electronics testing and hardware debugging.
