Spectra Technovision (India) Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore South is seeking a Hardware Support Engineer to install, commission and maintain Attendance and Access Control systems at customer sites.

You will handle device mounting, cabling, LAN crimping and field troubleshooting while ensuring quality service. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/Telecommunication and 1–3 years of hands-on experience with biometric access control systems, CCTV, or related electronics.

Formación

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Attendance and Access Control systems at customer sites.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic hardware installation, cable laying, device mounting, networking, and field troubleshooting, along with good customer-handling skills

Job Role:

Installation and configuration of biometric devices, readers, controllers, locks, and accessories.

Device mounting, cable laying, wiring, and LAN crimping.

Troubleshooting hardware, power, communication, and connectivity issues.

Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.

Conduct site surveys and assist in product testing and customer training.

Prepare installation and service reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical issue resolution.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Telecommunication

1 ~ 3 years of experience in electronic/security system installation and maintenance.

Experience in Biometric Access Control & Attendance, or CCTV will be preferred.

Basic knowledge of electronics such as soldering & multimeter usage, drilling, cable laying, and LAN crimping.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for field/site visits within Bangalore and surrounding cities in South India
