Job summary

Ventures Hrd Centre is seeking a Lead Hardware Engineer specializing in BMS design for EV/HEV. You will lead analog and power electronics hardware development, PCB design, EMC/EMI validation, and HV system integration.

Responsibilities include component selection, DFMEA participation, and guiding the product development lifecycle from concept to qualification in a fast-paced environment in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS hardware development for EV/HEV.
• Experience with HV systems and high-voltage validation.
• Knowledge of DFMEA and hardware lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for BMS in EV/HEV applications.
• Oversee analog and power electronics development and PCB layout.
• Conduct EMC/EMI validation and HV system testing.
• Select components and participate in DFMEA and reviews.
• Guide the product development lifecycle from concept to qualification.
