Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Senior Hardware Design/Debug engineer to own customer tickets and drive design-related engagements from debugging to issue closure.

The role requires 8-10+ years of hardware design experience, strong PCB SI/PD knowledge, and the ability to lead HW teams across domains, with a focus on board bring-up and design reviews.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant Hardware Design/Debug experience.
• Good understanding of customer support processes and issue management.
• Exposure to server/platform design is preferred.
• Ability to independently own customer tickets, debug issues, and drive closure.
• Strong technical knowledge in PCB Design (Stack-up, Layout, Board Design).
• Strong knowledge in Signal Integrity (SI).
• Strong knowledge in Power Delivery (PD).
• Good understanding of hardware platforms, components, PCB operation, and debug interfaces.
• Ability to lead fellow HW engineers and coordinate support activities across domains.
• Act as the primary customer-facing technical lead for design-related engagements.
• Support board bring-up, power-on debug, design reviews, and issue resolution.
