Job summary

Smart Soc Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an engineer for hands-on analog/mixed-signal validation of ADCs, LDOs, and DC-DC converters. You will perform bench characterization with scopes, DMMs, power supplies, and laboratory gear, and validate accuracy, noise, regulation and PSRR while debugging hardware issues.

You will develop or run test scripts in Python, C/C++, or LabVIEW and review PCB schematics during bring-up, including SPI/IC interfaces for device configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2 to 7 years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal or semiconductor validation experience.
• Strong experience with ADC and/or LDO/DC-DC validation.
• Good understanding of ADC parameters, DC-DC converter topologies and analog measurements.
• Strong oscilloscope-based debugging and noise/ripple measurement experience.
• Experience with PCB schematics, board bring-up and hardware debugging.
• Exposure to SPI/IC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation test plans and test cases for ADC, LDO and DC-DC converters.
• Perform bench characterization using oscilloscope, DMM, power supply, electronic load, function/AWG generator and SMU.
• Validate parameters like accuracy, offset/gain, ripple, line/load regulation, PSRR, noise and transient response.
• Debug hardware issues and conduct root-cause investigations.
• Develop or execute test scripts using Python, C/C++ or LabVIEW and analyze data.
• Perform board bring-up, read schematics and support PCB-level debugging.
• Validate basic digital interfaces such as SPI/IC used for device configuration.
• Prepare validation reports, procedures and documentation.

• Prepare validation reports, test procedures and test documentation.

Required Skills
