Job summary

Caliber Virtual Technologies is seeking a passionate R&D Engineer to work on Embedded Systems, Electronic Hardware, IoT and Product Development in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The role involves circuit development, embedded coding, prototyping, testing and taking concepts to working prototypes.

Freshers with basic practical knowledge are encouraged to apply; candidates residing in or around Salem are strongly preferred. Prior training in Embedded Systems, PCB Design or IoT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; basic practical knowledge is encouraged.
• Additional training or certification in Embedded Systems, PCB Design, IoT or related fields is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB layout, soldering, hardware testing, microcontroller programming and electronics product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle product development, customer enquiry handling, sales follow-ups and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate orders and ensure timely product delivery; provide after-sales support.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical assistance; maintain customer records.

The candidate will be involved in circuit development, embedded coding, prototyping, testing, debugging and developing new electronic products from concept to working prototype.

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for product development, customer enquiry handling, sales follow-ups, product demonstrations, order coordination, timely product delivery, after-sales support, and regular customer call follow-ups.

The role also involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical assistance, maintaining customer records, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates who have completed additional training or certification courses in Embedded Systems, PCB Design, IoT, Industrial Automation, or other Electronics and Electrical-related fields will be preferred.

Candidates with hands-on experience in circuit design, PCB layout, soldering, hardware testing, microcontroller programming, embedded coding, or electronics product development will have an added advantage.
