Job summary

HAB Pharma is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – QA for Unit 2 in Dehradun. The role requires 8–12 years in pharmaceutical QA, with hands-on IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ qualification experience and strong GMP knowledge. You will coordinate with Engineering, QC, and Production, ensuring SOPs and data integrity across QA processes.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – QA, you will support audits and drive continuous QA improvements in a manufacturing environment. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience in qualification activities (IQ, OQ, DQ, PQ).
• Good understanding of quality documentation, SOPs and data integrity.
• Effective coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach, problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, and execution of qualification protocols and reports (IQ, OQ, DQ, and PQ).
• Maintain qualification records and prepare qualification reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Production and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Support audits (internal, customer and regulatory) and maintain proper quality documentation.
• Identify and resolve qualification and compliance-related issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and systems.
