ValueMomentum is seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer to design, build and configure Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications, including PolicyCenter, to meet client business needs. The role focuses on integration with external systems, Java, Gosu development, and AI-assisted tooling in a hybrid work setup across multiple Indian cities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, and Data Model.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair programming tools.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts and their application in software development.
• Familiarity with SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or similar document generation platforms.
• Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance, including both commercial and personal lines.
• Experience with Jira and SVN.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker).
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or building internal GenAI tools.
• Knowledge of insurance domain and business processes.
