Job summary

ValueMomentum seeks an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Lead to drive integration development for P&C insurance clients. You will lead design, development, and troubleshooting of PolicyCenter components and data mappings.

Requires 7–12 years IT experience with hands-on Guidewire integration, APIs, SOAP/REST, XML/JSON, and strong problem-solving in an Agile environment. Pune-based, office role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong experience in Guidewire integration development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter integration.
• Experience with integration components, APIs, web services, and data mappings.
• Strong experience with SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, and related integration technologies.
• Experience working with P&C Insurance, including commercial and personal lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead for Guidewire PolicyCenter integration development initiatives.
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support PolicyCenter integration components.
• Work with APIs, web services, data mappings, and integration interfaces.
• Develop and troubleshoot SOAP/REST-based integrations using XML and JSON.
• Analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in technical design, task planning, estimation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Mentor Software Engineers and support technical skill development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and adoption of development best practices.
• Write, modify, test, and debug software components for client applications.
• Stay current with Guidewire integration technologies and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development and delivery activities
