Job summary

Stratus is seeking an experienced Guidewire Rating Developer to design, implement, and support rating solutions on the Guidewire platform. The role focuses on Rating configuration, integration, and customization using Gosu within P&C insurance processes.

The candidate will work with Guidewire Studio, PCF configuration, data model extensions, and rate books, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable rating capabilities and reliable policy lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with Guidewire Rating and PolicyCenter.
• Strong Gosu programming skills.
• Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Rating Developer to design, develop, and support rating solutions within the Guidewire platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire Rating, configuration, integration, and customization using Gosu, along with a solid understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience working with Guidewire Rating and Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Strong knowledge of Gosu programming language.

Experience with Guidewire Studio, PCF configuration, Data Model extensions, and Rate Books.

Understanding of P&C insurance products, rating methodologies, and policy lifecycle.

Experience with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.

Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
