Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection seeks an experienced Guidewire QA professional to lead QA across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter in an Agile environment. You will drive test planning, automation strategy, stakeholder alignment, and mentor distributed QA teams to ensure high quality insurance software solutions.

The role requires hands‑on testing, test design, and collaboration with onsite and offshore teams to deliver robust outcomes throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guidewire QA Testing across ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
• Hands‑on in test planning, strategy and design
• Strong knowledge of Insurance domain processes and various testing types
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead distributed QA teams and coordinate onsite/offshore efforts

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define test strategy, plans, and design

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire QA professional with strong expertise in any of the Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules – ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in test planning, test execution, automation strategy, stakeholder management, and leading QA teams within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and development teams to define test strategy, test plans, and test design.
• Analyze business requirements and resolve functional ambiguities with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive test deliverables aligned with organizational QA standards and best practices.
• Define and manage project testing activities, work breakdown structures, and execution timelines.
• Establish QA standards, templates, and execution guidelines across the project.
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuously improve test coverage through automation.
• Lead daily Scrum meetings, coordinate QA activities, and prepare weekly project status reports for leadership.
• Conduct detailed reviews of test cases, automation scripts, and QA deliverables.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to QA team members.
• Collaborate with onsite clients, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Development, Support, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Guidewire QA Testing.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following Guidewire modules:
• ClaimCenter
• PolicyCenter
• BillingCenter
• Strong understanding of Insurance domain processes.
• Experience in Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT.
• Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Design, and Defect Management.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead distributed QA teams and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Test Automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of API Testing and Integration Testing.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, Selenium, or similar QA tools.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
