Job summary

BlitzenX Solutions seeks a skilled Developer to build and customize Jutro-based applications for Guidewire Digital portals such as ProducerEngage and CustomerEngage. You will create responsive, accessible UI/UX and integrate with Guidewire APIs across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

You will collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and back-end engineers in an Agile team, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot across the stack, and mentor junior developers to improve

Qualifications

• Experience with the Jutro framework and Guidewire integration.
• Strong UI/UX design experience including responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and JSON, and integrating with multiple systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
• Experience with Guidewire Edge APIs and DTO mapping.
• Proficient in Java, object-oriented programming, and Gosu scripting.

Job description

Develop and Customize Jutro Applications:

Build and customize applications using the Jutro framework (based on React) for Guidewire Digital portals like ProducerEngage and CustomerEngage.

UI/UX Development:

Create responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces for digital experiences.

Integration:

Integrate with Guidewire APIs (like Edge APIs) and other systems, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.

Work closely with UX designers, product owners, and back-end developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Agile Practices:

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the digital stack, including UI, middleware, and integration layers.

Code Quality:

Ensure high-quality code through reviews, test automation, and CI/CD practices.

May mentor junior developers and contribute to improving development processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Guidewire Jutro: Strong proficiency in the Jutro framework and its integration with Guidewire products.
• UI/UX: Experience with building user interfaces, including responsive design and accessibility.
• API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating with various systems.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
