This role involves leading development teams, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and delivering scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Guidewire BillingCenter configuration, integration, customization, and a strong understanding of the insurance billing lifecycle. Key responsibilities include designing technical architectures, managing project deliverables, and mentoring team members to ensure adherence to best practices. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire BillingCenter solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Architect and implement custom configurations, integrations, and enhancements within the Guidewire BillingCenter platform.
• Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Manage end-to-end project deliverables, including planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the BillingCenter system.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation.
• Stay updated with Guidewire product updates and emerging trends to recommend innovative solutions.
• Document technical designs, processes, and project progress for effective knowledge sharing and compliance.

Qualification/Skills:

• 7+Years of experience
• Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Guidewire BillingCenter, with knowledge of the full billing lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Gosu scripting, Java, XML, web services (SOAP/REST), and database technologies (SQL/PLSQL).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage end-to-end project deliverables, including timelines, risks, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Experience mentoring and guiding teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• In-depth understanding of insurance processes, especially in billing, policy, and claims management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders.
• Guidewire BillingCenter Certification is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and tools like Jira or Confluence.
