Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced professional to work on Guidewire ClaimCenter, insurance domain projects, and integration tasks. You will develop functional specifications as user stories, flows, and data mappings, and drive complex requirements across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires agile/SAFe experience, leadership in workshops, and close coordination with the Requirements Manager, Scrum Master, and Program Manager, across global delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance tech or related domain.
• Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and integration mechanisms.
• Ability to develop functional specs as user stories, flows, use cases and mappings.

Responsibilities

• Lead business tracks and requirement elicitation workshops.
• Write user stories, UI mockups, process models and data mappings.
• Integrate legacy applications with Guidewire.
• Collaborate with Requirements Manager, Scrum Master and Program Manager.

Job description

• 5+ Years of experience
• Excellent Domain knowledge on Property & Casualty Insurance to understand and analyze the business needs of the customer
• Detailed knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter and its integration mechanisms
• Develop functional specifications in the form of User Stories, process flows, use cases, and data mappings leveraging tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.,
• Experience in leading business tracks, requirement elicitation workshops, writing user stories, UI mock-up, product model, workflow processes, forms, rating
• Experience in integrating legacy application with the Guidewire application
• Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: He/she should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to the business problem
• Ability to work in the global delivery model and be a liaison between the client and software development team across different geographies
• Experience in working in a fast-paced Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and multiple stakeholder environments
• Work with Requirements Manager, Scrum Master and Program Manager for various project activities
