Job summary

HCLTech is hiring for an experienced Guidewire Integration specialist in Bengaluru. You will lead integration projects, build RESTful APIs, and consume Guidewire Cloud EDGE APIs within a P&C insurance context. Proficiency in Gosu and Java is essential, with strong API security and modern integration patterns.

You will collaborate with product and operations teams in an Agile environment, contribute to CI/CD, and drive reliable, scalable solutions for insurance platforms.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of Guidewire Integration experience with Guidewire Certified Associate Developer certification.
• Hands-on RESTful API development and integrations.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud EDGE APIs and Guidewire Digital Portals (Jutro/CustomerEngage).
• Proficiency in Gosu and Java.
• Experience with JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST web services.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and JWT for API security.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, messaging, and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum.
• Insurance domain experience in Property & Casualty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Guidewire integrations and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain secure APIs using industry standards and best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployments.
• Provide technical mentoring on Gosu and Java within projects.
