Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Hyderabad is seeking a Manager (Technical Lead) to steer Guidewire implementation and prototype development projects across the globe.

You will mentor teams, interface with onsite coordinators and customers, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones, while building a quality culture. Strong Guidewire, Java, and integration skills are essential, along with excellent communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of IT experience with Guidewire platforms.
• Hands-on configuration/implementation in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter.
• Knowledge of Personal Lines or Commercial Lines products.
• Strong SQL and middleware skills including PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate and messaging systems.
• Experience with Tomcat and WebSphere/WebLogic and enterprise integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams of Guidewire implementations and prototypes.
• Interface with onsite coordinators and clients to align requirements.
• Plan and monitor deliverables; mentor project teams.

Position

Job purpose

Manager in the Technology Consulting team to lead various Guidewire implementation / Prototype development projects for our customers across the globe.

Your client responsibilities

• Need to work as a Manager (Technical leader) to contribute in various streams of Guidewire implementation projects.
• Interface, collaborate and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
• Regular status reporting to the Program Managers and onsite coordinators
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)

Technical skills requirements

• BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 8-14 Yrs
• Highly experienced and hands-on in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter Configuration and/or Guidewire Integration and/or Guidewire Digital.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in either Personal Lines products like Personal Auto, Property, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, etc. OR Commercial Lines products like Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, etc.
• Strong in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, any Enterprise Messaging System
• Should have strong knowledge and experience on Tomcat and or Websphere/Weblogic
• Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, on Insurance applications
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
