Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and Guidewire Integration. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, drive solutions, and support Guidewire implementations across Personal or Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Work on Guidewire Integration (BA role) across PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter
• Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings
• Create high-impact presentations and client deliverables
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions
• Participate in testing, validation, and solution evaluation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments

Mandatory Skills
