Job summary

QualiZeal in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Guidewire QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter. You will develop and maintain automated regression test suites using Playwright and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate excels in Agile/Scrum, understands QA processes, and can integrate tests with CI/CD workflows; Guidewire certification is a plus.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Guidewire QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC). The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Playwright automation and be able to contribute to building and maintaining automated regression test suites.

Key Skills

• Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC) and BillingCenter (BC)
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright Automation
• Experience creating and maintaining automated regression test suites
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Playwright
• Build and maintain regression automation suites
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing updates
• Identify, track, and resolve defects

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
• Guidewire certification is an added advantage
