Job summary

Hirekul is seeking an experienced multimedia developer in Bengaluru to design and implement solutions based on GStreamer. The role requires hands-on plugin development and extensive work on Linux/embedded platforms.

Candidates should have demonstrated ability to create multiple AV plugins and to troubleshoot complex media processing pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong C/C++ skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to work across teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of development experience in Multimedia.
• Solid programming experience in C and C++.
• Proven experience in design and development using GStreamer multimedia frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with application and plugin development.
• Developed at least 12 plugins within an Audio/Video pipeline.
• Hands-on experience developing on Linux and embedded platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting with tools like gdb, kgdb, and profilers.
• Strong team player with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
