Responsibilities

• Run AI visibility tracking across major AI search engines and capture citations and URLs.
• Perform benchmarking, link-gap analysis, and citation-share studies.
• Prepare monthly client reports and surface insights.
• Conduct outreach calls with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Support content operations and client reviews with senior team members.
• Manage dashboards showing client visibility and month-on-month progress.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support as needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Growth & Strategy Intern for the AI Search Visibility practice. This role is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly emerging discipline of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), where brands work to be cited inside AI-generated answers. You will work on live client engagements, from intelligence gathering, content review, back linking campaigns through to assisting with client management.

What You’ll Do

• Run AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, capturing citations, sentiment, and source URLs
• Perform competitor benchmarking, link-gap analysis, and citation-share studies
• Prepare monthly client reports across engagements, surfacing patterns and insights
• Conduct backlink campaigns and map community discussion opportunities for clients
• Support content operations across multiple innovative startups
• Assist in running monthly client review calls with founders and senior stakeholders
• Conduct outreach calls with founders and senior stakeholders
• Manage dashboards showing client visibility, gaps, and month-on-month progress
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, where required
