Job summary

Navlakha Management Services is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead the Cardio-Diabetic portfolio across the Franco Africa region. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies, managing product performance, and driving growth through collaboration with regional partners.

The ideal candidate has a pharmacy or life sciences background with strong pharmaceutical product management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical product management.
• Exposure to cardio-diabetic therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Cardio-Diabetic portfolio.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities in the Franco Africa region.
• Drive product positioning, campaigns, and market development initiatives.
• Prepare marketing plans, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with sales, regulatory, medical, and supply chain teams.
• Support new product launches and portfolio expansion.
• Monitor performance and suggest profitability improvements.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the Franco Africa region.
• Drive product positioning, promotional campaigns, and market development initiatives.
• Prepare marketing plans, sales forecasts, and business reviews.
• Coordinate with sales, regulatory, medical, and supply chain teams for effective execution.
• Support new product launches and portfolio expansion activities.
• Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to improve market share and profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Strong experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management.
• Exposure to the Cardio-Diabetic therapy area is preferred.
• Experience in handling international markets, especially African markets, will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
