Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years in group consolidation or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and intercompany eliminations.
• Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or finance sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Assist in annual budgets and forecasts, analyze variances and provide insights.
• Oversee month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations across entities.
• Assist in statutory audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis for profitability, cost control and investment appraisal.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, and operations for integrated financial management.
• Maintain and optimize financial systems and reporting tools.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights.
• Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring proper elimination in consolidated financials.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and assist in internal and external audits.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost control, and investment appraisal.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
