Beyond financial control, the Group CFO will act as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, supporting growth, profitability, acquisitions, fundraising, international expansion and long-term shareholder value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Group Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the overall financial strategy of EaseMyTrip and its group companies, aligning financial priorities, capital allocation and resources with the Group's short-term and long-term business objectives.
  2. Financial Reporting, Accounting & Consolidation: Oversee accounting, consolidation and timely preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements, management accounts and financial disclosures while ensuring accuracy, transparency and adherence to applicable accounting standards.

Drive automation, process improvement and financial transformation while working with senior leadership to strengthen governance, improve profitability and deliver sustainable shareholder value.

  2. Senior Finance Leadership Experience: Approximately 15–20+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial experience in a CFO, Group CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior leadership position.
  3. Listed Company Experience: Strong preference for candidates who have held senior finance responsibilities within a publicly listed company and have practical exposure to Boards, Audit Committees, SEBI requirements and stock exchange disclosures.
  4. Large & Diversified Business Exposure: Experience managing finance across multiple businesses, subsidiaries or geographies, with the ability to establish group-level financial governance while partnering effectively with individual business units.
