The Ground Instructor (CPL Holder) will deliver high-quality ground school instruction to aspiring pilots, covering core subjects such as air regulations, navigation, meteorology, and aircraft systems. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, organizing assessments, and providing continuous academic support to students. The instructor will update training materials in line with regulatory standards, assist with exam preparation, and ensure compliance with DGCA and other relevant aviation authority requirements. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, tracking their progress, maintaining training records, and collaborating with other instructors to uphold the academy’s training standards. The role also includes contributing to safety culture, participating in faculty meetings, and supporting overall program improvement initiatives.
