Airbus India Training Centre Private Limited is seeking a Chief Ground Instructor to lead and standardise ground instructors in line with Airbus Training standards and DGCA requirements. The CGI will oversee theoretical knowledge sessions and system knowledge testing, ensuring compliance and high training quality.
The role covers recruitment guidance, interview follow-ups for sub-standard performance, and TPM maintenance per Airbus manuals and DGCA regulations.
Job Description: Note : The position is for the newly formed joint venture company between Airbus & Air India. The joint venture company will be called Airbus India Training Center (AITC) About Company Delivering on its commitment to ‘Skill India’, Airbus has entered into a 50:50 joint venture with the Tata-owned Air India to launch a world-class pilot training center in Gurugram, Haryana. The JV Training Centre will offer A320 and A350 flight training to some 5,000 new pilots over 10 years and is operational since 2025. This joint venture, named as Airbus India training center (AITC) will be a strategically critical project for both organizations, with an ambition to form a world leading Aviation Academy in South Asia that could positively impact operations and safety standards of both Airbus and Air India operators in the region.
