Job summary

Nordex is seeking a developer-minded professional to act as the product owner for Grid Code Compliance in India. You will analyze Grid Code requirements, translate them into software requirements and test cases, and work within an agile environment to ensure every requirement has a corresponding test.

You will define internal specifications for Grid Code compliance, support Grid Code activities across sales and projects, and shape test plans and quality assurance at the wind farm, turbine, and

Qualifications

• M. Sc. Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for Grid Code Compliance within Nordex.
• Analyze and evaluate Grid Code requirements and standards.
• Ensure every requirement has a test case.
• Translate Grid Code requirements into software requirements and test cases within an agile process.
• Develop internal product specifications for Grid Code compliance.
• Support Grid Code compliance during Sales and Project phases.
• Define test plans for Grid Code compliance and QA on wind farm, turbine and component levels.
• Perform, evaluate and document Grid Code compliance tests.
• Analyze test data to improve compliance.
• Define new functions to maintain and optimize Grid Code compliance at wind farm/turbine levels.
• Clarify Grid Code requirements with working groups, committees, utilities and customers.
• Maintain deep understanding of Nordex product capabilities to rate Grid Code compliance.
• Optimize processes within Grid Code compliance.
