Job summary

Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) is seeking passionate professionals in green buildings for certification facilitation, execution of national and international projects, and development of rating systems. The role involves traveling and working across diverse environments to push IGBC's sustainable-building agenda.

Candidates should be willing to travel extensively and contribute to training programmes and proposals while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Education qualifications include B.Arch./M.Arch. preferred; BE/BTech in Civil or Mechanical; ME/MTech preferred.
• Understand and apply basic engineering principles for construction applications.
• Ability to analyze and identify improvement opportunities.
• Capability to work on national projects on green building related activities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Writing technical proposals.

Job Summary

IGBC is Indias Premier certification body, headquartered at Hyderabad. IGBC is the founding member of World Green Building Council discussing global issues at COP and similar global platforms.

The vision of IGBC is to facilitate India emerge as a global leader in green buildings and green built environment by 2025. In a span of last 2 decades, CII-IGBC through its multi-pronged approach could facilitate in bringing about a paradigm shift in the way buildings are conceived and designed across various forms of built environment.

We are looking for passionate individuals in the field of green buildings and built enviroment for Facilitation of certification of green building projects, execution of national international projects, design development of rating systems, conducting training programmes, etc. Candidate should be willing to travel extensively work in different work environments

Requirements

• Education Qualification: B.Arch., M.Arch., preferred
• BE / B Tech in (Civil, Mechanical), ME / M Tech preferred. Minimum First Class required
• Understand and apply basic engineering principles for construction applications
