Job summary

All India Football Federation is seeking a Grassroots Coordinator to support planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of grassroots football development programmes across AIFF's network. The role collaborates with state associations, academies, schools, clubs, and partners to promote wider participation.

The position focuses on coordinating initiatives like Blue Cubs, workshops, and coach development, while ensuring accurate reporting and data collection to drive programme outcomes

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Grassroots Manager and Technical Department to implement grassroots initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with Member Associations, clubs, academies, schools and stakeholders for smooth execution of grassroots programmes.
• Assist in planning and implementing Blue Cubs and other Grassroots initiatives across Member Associations and AIFF-FIFA Talent Academies.
• Coordinate the implementation of AIFF Blue Cubs activities, festivals, leagues and promotional events.
• Support the planning and organisation of Blue Cubs workshops, education programmes and coach development activities.
• Maintain and regularly update the Blue Cubs database and other programme records and report progress to the manager on a regular basis.
• Monitor and compile participation data, activity reports and programme outcomes from Member Associations and implementing partners.
• Assist in achieving the objectives and reporting requirements related to AFC Grassroots Charter and other grassroots development programmes.

Role Overview

The Grassroots Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of grassroots football development programmes and initiatives. The role will work closely with stakeholders, including state associations, academies, schools, clubs, and other partners, to promote and expand grassroots football participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Will work under the leadership of the Grassroots Manager and coordinate with the Technical Department in implementing grassroots football initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with Member Associations, Clubs, Academies, Schools, and other stakeholders for the smooth execution of grassroots programs.
• Assist in planning and implementing the Blue Cubs and other Grassroots initiatives across Member Associations and AIFF-FIFA Talent Academies.
• Coordinate the implementation of AIFF Blue Cubs activities, festivals, leagues, and promotional events.
