Job summary

The All India Football Federation seeks a Youth League Competitions Coordinator to oversee planning, administration and execution of AIFF Youth League competitions in Delhi. You will coordinate fixtures, registrations, CMS activities, and liaise with clubs, academies and state associations to ensure timely compliance and smooth match-day operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in sports administration, with strong organization, communication skills and problem-solving

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sports/football competitions or sports administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Youth League competitions, fixtures and schedules.
• Coordinate with clubs, academies, State Associations and internal AIFF departments.
• Monitor team/player registration, eligibility, transfers, renewals and CMS activities.
• Ensure clubs comply with AIFF regulations, deadlines and competition requirements.
• Coordinate match-day operations, Match Commissioners and other stakeholders.
• Handle fixture changes, protests, disciplinary matters and operational issues.
• Maintain competition records, trackers and reports.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
