Job summary

All India Football Federation in Delhi is seeking a capable professional to assist in coordinating coaching courses with State FAs, manage the AIFF Coaching Portal data, and support budget planning for Coach Education and Grassroots.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, good understanding of football development, and strong organizational and communication skills. It is a one-year contract based in Delhi with collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior manager in coordinating with State FAs on coaching course operations, venue finalisation, and fee approval.
• Shortlist applications for courses and forward to Head of Coach Education for final selection and coordination with candidates.
• Share course results with State FAs and candidates; upload certificates on the portal.
• Monitor and update coaches' data on the AIFF Coaching Portal; review pending profiles and take appropriate actions (approve/reject/refer).
• Coordinate Logistics for travel, boarding and lodging of Coach Educators during courses.
• Assist in preparing the Coach Education and Grassroots departments' annual budget.
• Collaborate with IT to upgrade features on the AIFF Coaching Portal.
• Assist Head of Grassroots with the AFC Grassroots Charter application.
• Coordinate with AFC technical division on RECC requests.
• Coordinate with Accounts on reconciling course fees received during the year.

Job description

Contract Period- One Year

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting senior manager in coordinating with State FAs on operational matters of coaching courses such venue finalisation, organisational fee approval.
• Shortlisting of applications for courses and sending it to Head of Coach Education for final selection and further coordination with the selected candidates.
• Sharing results with State FAs and the candidates after the course. Uploading certificates on the portal.
• Regularly monitor and update coaches' data on AIFF Coaching Portal. Going through pending profiles and taking necessary actions (approve, reject, refer back)
• Coordinating with Logistics department regarding Coach Educator's travel, boarding and lodging during the course.
• Assisting in preparation of Coach Education and Grassroots department annual budget.
• Constantly upgrading features available on AIFF Coaching Portal in coordination with IT team.
• Assisting Head of Grassroots with AFC Grassroots Charter application.
• Coordinating with AFC technical division regarding RECC requests.
• Coordinating with Accounts department regarding reconciliation of course fee received during the year.
