Job summary

Tecnots is seeking a talented Graphic Illustrator & Character Designer to bring brand stories to life with engaging characters, mascots, and visual assets. You will shape the look and feel of our websites and digital products while maintaining a cohesive illustration language across platforms.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio, expertise with Illustrator/Photoshop/Procreate, and a keen eye for color, typography, and composition. Collaboration with design and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Illustrator or Character Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to translate concepts into original character designs and branding assets.

What you'll need

• Proven experience as an Illustrator, Character Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing character design, illustrations, and logo/branding work.
• Excellent drawing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in illustration and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, Figma, or similar software.
• Good understanding of colors, typography, composition, and branding principles.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Nice to have

• Experience designing illustrations for websites, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
• Ability to create different illustration styles based on brand requirements.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Motion design or animation skills would be an added advantage.
