Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative graphics for various platforms including web, social media, print, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns and company initiatives.
• Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and proficiency in industry-standard tools.
• Expertise in graphic design software, including but not limited to:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma and Framer (for UI/UX design).
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Basic Video Editing understanding.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.
