Job summary

EasyTax in Jaipur seeks a creative Graphic Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience to visually translate tax concepts into engaging assets. You will craft social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and brand collateral with a strong eye for typography and color.

You will collaborate with Marketing to produce on-brand visuals, adapt quickly to fintech aesthetics, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house startup preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, typography craft, digital banners, and brand design.
• Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro (motion tools a plus).
• Strong visual hierarchy and fintech aesthetics with high-contrast visuals.
• Ability to work quickly in an agile environment and turn trends into graphics within hours.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to experiment with new visual styles.

We are an iStart Rajasthan recognized fintech startup incubated at the Bhamashah Techno Hub in Jaipur. We build intuitive, bulletproof financial tools that remove stress from taxes and help Indians save money legitimately.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 6 months to 2 years of experience who can bring complex tax concepts to life through modern, vibrant visuals. You will be the creative brain behind all our visual assets: eye-catching social media posts, Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, website landing page banners, marketing flyers, and brand collateral. If you have an impeccable eye for typography, color balance, visual storytelling, and understand what stops people from scrolling on their feeds, we want you on our team!

What will you be doing?

• Design scroll-stopping social media creatives, multi-slide Instagram carousel breakdowns, LinkedIn thought-leadership graphics, and X/Twitter banner cards.
• Create high-converting website banners, hero illustrations, feature icons, and promotional popups for EasyTax web applications and landing pages.
• Transform complex tax slabs, budget announcements, and investment rules into clean, easily digestible infographics and data visualizations.
• Develop click-worthy YouTube thumbnails and video title cards for EasyTax educational series and tax filing walkthroughs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints by maintaining EasyTax's design language, typography guidelines, and vibrant fintech color palette.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, SEO team, and marketing leads to conceptualize topical, meme-marketing, and festive campaign creatives on tight deadlines.
• Prepare print-ready marketing materials when needed, such as event banners, rollup standees, pitch deck slides, and company merchandise.

What are we expecting?

• 6 months to 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house startup experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media creatives, typography craft, digital banners, and brand design (mandatory).
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva Pro (After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion/reels is a big bonus).
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition, modern fintech aesthetics (clean, minimalistic, high contrast), and typography.
• Ability to work fast in an agile environment and turn trending financial news into engaging graphics within hours.
• Receptive to design feedback and eager to experiment with new creative visual styles.
