Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Creative Designer who can blend graphic design, branding, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative workflows to produce impactful content across digital and offline platforms. This role requires someone who understands not only design aesthetics but also marketing psychology, audience behavior, platform trends, and content performance.

You will work across multiple brands and industries, bringing fresh ideas, visual storytelling, and execution excellence to every project.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Branding

• Design social media creatives, carousels, stories, advertisements, banners, and marketing collateral.
• Create brand identities including logos, brand guidelines, visual systems, brochures, business cards, packaging, signage, and print materials.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communication channels.

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Create high-retention video content using transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound design, and storytelling techniques.
• Perform color correction, audio synchronization, and video optimization for different platforms.
• Create motion graphics and basic animations where required.

Performance Marketing Creatives

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Understand marketing funnels and create creatives that support awareness, engagement, and leadgeneration objectives.
• Translate marketing messages into visually compelling content.

Creative Strategy & Innovation

• Stay updated with evolving design trends, content formats, AI tools, and social media algorithms.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, ideation, and content quality.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, branding projects, content strategies, and creative executions.
• Distill complex ideas into clear and visually engaging communication.

Quality & Project Management

• Perform quality control checks before final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain design documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with account managers, content writers, performance marketers, and clients.

Required Skills

• 1-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media design, print design, and video editing work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific creative requirements.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing reels and short-form videos.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, fast-paced agency environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into creative solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
