The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, marketing creatives, advertising campaigns, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling. The candidate should be capable of taking a creative brief or concept and independently transforming it into high-quality, visually engaging designs. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with business objectives, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and stay updated with modern design trends and AI-powered creative tools.
