Job summary

Qualifications

1. Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Communication

• Design brochures, flyers, company profiles, catalogues, banners and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative concepts and visual layouts for digital and print campaigns.
• Create engaging social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all creatives strictly adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Video Editing and Multimedia

• Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, reels, and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns.
• Enhance video quality using transitions, effects, animations, subtitles, and audio synchronization.
• Optimize videos for various digital platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and company websites.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to improve design quality, generate creative concepts, accelerate workflows, and enhance overall productivity while maintaining brand standards.

Marketing and Cross- Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to understand creative requirements.
• Design creatives for recruitment campaigns, events, exhibitions, internal communications, and branding initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors whenever print-ready files or production support is required.

Design Management

• Maintain organized design files and creative assets for future reference.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining design quality.
• Stay updated with current design trends, typography, color theory, and AI-based creative tools to enhance productivity.

• Timely delivery of assigned design projects.
• Quality and creativity of visual designs.
• Compliance with company brand guidelines across all creatives.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Graphic Designing, Branding, Creative Designing, or Digital Marketing.

4. Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
• Strong skills in Video Editing and creating marketing creatives.
• Experience in designing Brochures, Marketing Collaterals, Banner Designs, and Digital Assets.
• Good understanding of Brand Guidelines and visual consistency.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for enhanced creativity and productivity.
• Must have hands‑on experience in the effective use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for graphic design, image generation, creative ideation, content enhancement, and workflow optimization.
