Exelra Sports is seeking a creative graphic designer to strengthen its visual identity across e-commerce, digital marketing, product packaging and brand communications. You will work closely with the founders and marketing team to create compelling visuals that strengthen brand recognition and support sales.

The role offers opportunities to design for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and the D2C site, develop packaging assets, and maintain consistent branding while collaborating with the marketing team

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design or brand design.

• Create marketing campaigns, product launch assets, social media creatives and promotional materials.
• Develop visual assets for product packaging, product graphics and merchandise.

• Support product photoshoots, content creation and product renders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into effective creative assets.
• Optimise e-commerce creatives to improve product visibility, engagement and conversion.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic Designer to help build and strengthen FirstEdge's visual identity across e-commerce, digital marketing, product packaging and brand communications.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with the founders and marketing team to create compelling visuals that strengthen brand recognition, improve product presentation and support sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality product listings and creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and the D2C website.
• Create marketing campaigns, product launch assets, social media creatives and promotional materials.
• Develop visual assets for product packaging, product graphics and merchandise.
• Maintain consistency across the brand's visual identity and customer touchpoints.
• Support product photoshoots, content creation and product renders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign briefs into effective creative assets.
• Optimise e-commerce creatives to improve product visibility, engagement and conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, visual design or brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing and e-commerce creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing creatives for Amazon, Flipkart or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with product photography, art direction or product renders.
• Familiarity with Blender or Adobe Dimension is an advantage.
• Interest in sports, fitness or consumer product brands.
