Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, tech-savvy Junior Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join at Mediaworld Experiential Marketing. Whether you are a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio or an early-career designer, this role is built for someone who loves live events, brand activations, and cutting-edge visual tech.

You will help bring physical event spaces to life by designing static graphics, animated stage content, LED screen loops, and social media reels. You don't need years of agency experience, but you must have a sharp eye for modern design trends, hands-on skill with Adobe creative software, and a passion for using the latest AI design tools to work faster and smarter.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion & Event Content: Assist in creating animated screen loops, kinetic typography, stage background visuals, countdown timers, and event recap reels.
  
• Static Graphics & Branding: Design event collateral, pitch deck slides, social media teasers, digital invites, signage, and large-format print banners.
  
• AI Tool Integration: Use modern AI platforms for fast image generation, concept mood boarding, asset upscaling, and quick video asset creation to speed up production

• Format & Tech Setup: Learn and manage technical output requirements, including custom LED pixel maps, aspect ratios, and print prepress specs.
  
• Team Collaboration: Support senior designers and account managers by turning creative briefs into fresh, trend-forward visual concepts under tight event deadlines.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Fresh graduates with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, or equivalent self-taught background with an outstanding portfolio.
  
• Core Software Skills:-
• Essential: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Spline).
• AI Tool Curiosity: Familiarity with or eagerness to learn modern generative AI tools:
• Image/Concept Generation: Midjourney, DALL-E 3, Adobe Firefly, Flux.
• Video/Motion AI: Runway, Pika, Luma Dream Machine, Topaz.
• Portfolio / Showreel Required: A link to your portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design, motion/video edits, and modern visual aesthetics (student projects welcome).
• Mindset: Quick learner, high energy, adaptable to fast-paced event timelines, and eager to experiment with new creative technologies.
