Key Responsibilities

• Social & Short-Form Content
  • Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and other short-form platform creatives
  • Create content optimized for Instagram and short-form platforms
  • Understand visual hooks, pacing, and retention mechanics
  • Create reusable templates for recurring content formats
  • Shoot and edit basic in-house content (Reels, Stories, Shorts)
  • Add subtitles, transitions, light motion, and simple animations
  • Adapt trends into brand-appropriate formats
• Website & E-Commerce Design
  • Design homepage banners, landing page visuals, and campaign headers
  • Create product page assets (ingredient highlights, benefit callouts, comparison charts, usage visuals)
  • Develop visual systems for new launches across web and D2C platforms
  • Create creatives for marketplaces including A+ content, product tiles, and catalog visuals
  • Support in creating emailer banners and performance ad creatives
• Performance & Campaign Support
  • Design static and motion creatives for paid marketing
  • Adapt master visuals into multiple formats and aspect ratios
  • Work closely with performance and growth teams to iterate quickly
  • Shoot Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Assist in in-house shoots (lighting, framing, setup, basic styling support)
    • Work closely with social, performance, and communications teams
    • Ensure alignment between campaign idea and visual execution
