• Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, presentations, ads, packaging, etc.

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop design concepts that align with the brand’s identity.

• Ensure all visuals are consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

• Modify and revise designs as per feedback and project needs.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

✅ Key Requirements:

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not always mandatory with strong portfolio).

2. Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience for junior to mid-level roles.

• 4–7 years for senior roles or creative leads.

3. Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).

• Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, Sketch, or CorelDRAW (based on the company’s workflow).

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
