Job summary

Soul & Scents is seeking a creative Graphic Designer who can produce strong visual content for e-commerce, social media, websites and marketing channels. The role requires understanding branding, product presentation and digital design, with an openness to AI-assisted workflows and modern tools.

The candidate should bring 2–6 years of graphic design experience, a portfolio covering social media, product visuals and packaging, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, e-commerce and product

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
• Freshers with an exceptionally strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Portfolio showcasing work across social media creatives, product-based designs, Amazon/marketplace creatives, website banners, branding or packaging.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, Instagram posts, stories, ads and campaign visuals.
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ content, infographics and product communication.
• Design Shopify website banners, promotional graphics and landing-page creatives.
• Create graphics for marketplaces, exhibitions, corporate gifting and marketing campaigns.
• Work on product packaging, labels, catalogs, brochures and other brand collaterals when required.
• Retouch, edit and enhance product photographs for digital and print use.
• Create product compositions and lifestyle visuals.
• Maintain consistency with the Soul & Scents brand identity across all communication.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and product teams.
• Use AI tools creatively alongside traditional design software to improve ideation, speed and quality of execution.
• Handle multiple design requirements while meeting timelines.

About the Role

Soul & Scents is looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer who can create strong visual content across e-commerce, social media, website and marketing platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands branding, product presentation and digital design, and can combine strong design fundamentals with modern tools, including AI-assisted creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, Instagram posts, stories, ads and campaign visuals.
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ content, infographics and product communication.
• Design Shopify website banners, promotional graphics and landing-page creatives.
• Create graphics for marketplaces, exhibitions, corporate gifting and marketing campaigns.
• Work on product packaging, labels, catalogues, brochures and other brand collaterals when required.

Skills Required

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colours and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for Instagram, Meta Ads, Amazon and e-commerce websites.
• Ability to create clean, premium and commercially effective product creatives.
• Good product photo-editing and compositing skills.
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW is preferred.
• Comfortable using Canva for quick adaptations and everyday creatives.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Basic video editing / reel creation skills will be an added advantage.

Experience

Freshers with an exceptionally strong portfolio may also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing work across areas such as:

• Social media creatives
• Product-based designs
• Amazon / marketplace creatives
• Website banners
• Branding or packaging
• Photo manipulation / compositing
