MusclePro Nutrition in Mumbai (Kurla) is seeking a creative digital designer to craft statics, social media posts, ads, and brand assets for our nutrition brands.

The role emphasizes ideation, rapid prototyping, and learning from marketing outcomes, with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI image tools.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in digital marketing design.
• Bachelor's degree required; if not, exceptional skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (advanced).
• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (basics).
• Familiar with Canva and AI image generation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design statics, social media posts, ads, and brand assets as needed.
• Ideation - new ideas in brainstorms and able to execute them.
• Reference collection bank - populate references almost everyday.
• Research digital marketing/ads of companies in India and the World.
• Learning bank - create a bank of mistakes to avoid repeating them.

We are a House of Nutrition Brands present in the market since 2011 - Scitron, Labrada, NOW FOODS, JYM Supplements Science. All brands combined, our products cover every nook and corner of nutrition supplements. We have everything one needs from Whey Protein to Plant Protein to Multivitamins to Omega 3 and a lot more.

• Ideation - new ideas in every brainstorm meeting and be able to execute them
• Reference collection bank - populating references almost everyday
• Research - present research of digital marketing/ads of companies in India and the World from which we can learn
• Learning bank - create a bank of mistakes made so we never repeat them

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience - 2 year minimum

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree. If you don't have that, you have to be phenomenal for us to overlook that Software:

• Adobe suite - illustrator, photoshop (advanced)
• Adobe suite - premiere pro and after effects (basics)
• Canva
• AI software's & prompting - mid journey / runway (basics)/ nano banana/ google flow / higgsfield
• Procreate (basic)

Preferable (but not necessary)

• Experience with a D2C brand
• Experience in the Health/Wellness Industry
• Someone who has an active lifestyle or works out
• Designed and Animated pure conversion ads for meta and google
• Premiere pro or Final Cut Pro basics

Office timing - Monday to Saturday - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm & Alternate Saturday working.
