Qualifications

• 3–6 years hands-on in a creative role or visual craft in a design studio, marketing or advertising agency.
• A portfolio showing decisive creative calls, not just execution.
• A trained eye for composition, light, colour and material.
• Ability to critique AI-generated work and explain strengths or weaknesses.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Create still and moving content using generative tools.
• Interpret a creative brief and produce the complete package.
• Refine work through careful judgment and selection.
• Finish with retouching, colour correction, grading and typesetting.
• Adapt content for different channel formats and ratios.
• Deliver to specification and on schedule during high-volume periods.

WHAT YOU WILL MAKE

• Social media content — stills, short-form video, carousels
• Brand and product imagery
• Campaign and marketing assets — mailers, banners, digital and retail, 360 Marketing campaigns
• Films and motion pieces
• Brand communication material across internal and external channels

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Interpret a creative brief and produce the complete package from it
• Create still and moving content using generative tools
• Select and refine rigorously — most of this job is judgement, not output
• Finish properly: retouching, colour correction, grading, typesetting
• Adapt work across the formats and ratios each channel requires
• Work to a high level of precision. The details most viewers would never notice are the ones we care about
• Deliver to specification and on schedule, including through high-volume periods

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3–6 years hands-on in a creative role or visual craft discipline, in a design studio, marketing or advertising agency
• A portfolio where you clearly made the calls, not executed someone else's
• A trained eye for composition, light, colour and material
• The ability to look at a piece of work created by AI and articulate precisely why it succeeded or failed
• Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or Figma to a professional standard.
• Knowledge and experience of Adobe Premiere and After Effects if you have an editing background or 3ds Max, Maya or Blender if you have a 3D background.
