Job summary

SHYAMOLI (Shyamoli Paribahan Private Limited) is seeking a creative graphic designer to craft brand-consistent visuals across platforms. You will develop monthly content calendars, design posters and social posts, and contribute to visual storytelling through engaging graphics.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut, with a keen eye for color theory and typography.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
• Understanding of UI & UX principles, Midjourney & Freepik (negotiable; a plus)
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
• Knowledge of Colour Theory, Typography, and Image Manipulation techniques
• Perspective of designing & visual storytelling

• Developing monthly content calendars and ensuring timely execution as per calendar schedules.
• Applying creative thinking for the development of fresh design concepts.
• Creating marketing materials, including posters, banners, social media posts, and other collateral.
• Maintaining and updating design archives and liaising with internal teams for design requirements.
• Awareness of Proper Reporting.

What You Need:
