Job summary

Integreon in Maharashtra, India, is seeking a talented graphic designer to translate client briefs into original creative concepts and develop visuals across presentations, campaigns, branding, digital, print, and infographics.

You will own projects from concept to final delivery, maintain brand guidelines, and stay ahead of trends while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience in advertising or branding agencies preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Familiarity with UX/UI or motion graphics is a plus.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Understand client briefs and turn them into creative design ideas.
• Create original concepts instead of only working with existing templates.
• Develop designs for presentations, campaigns, branding, digital, print, infographics, and other marketing materials.
• Explore different creative directions and design options.
• Have a good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Turn complex information into simple and engaging visual designs.
• Explain the thinking behind the design and present creative ideas to the team or client.
• Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and improve the design.
• Follow brand guidelines while finding creative ways to make the work more engaging.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
• Keep up with new design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or creative services.
• Experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, branding studio, or corporate creative team is preferred.
• Experience in concept development, branding, campaigns, presentations, digital, print, and infographics.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, or a related field.
• Courses or certifications in UX/UI, branding, motion graphics, or digital design will be an advantage.

Shift Timings

• Should be comfortable in working 24x5 environment and working from office.
• Should be comfortable working in monthly rotational shifts 06:00 am to 03:00 pm, 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 07:00 pm.
