Responsibilities

• Design print collateral and packaging that is print-ready and production-accurate.

• Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and other platforms.
• Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Use AI tools in your daily workflow to speed up ideation, production, and enhancement while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects at once and handle client or internal feedback and revisions.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Kolkata. You will handle print and packaging design, photo manipulation, and digital marketing creatives, while leading a small team of 2-3 designers. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with efficient, AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print collateral and packaging (brochures, labels, boxes, catalogues, standees, etc.) that is print-ready and production-accurate.
• Perform advanced photo editing, retouching, and manipulation for product, campaign, and marketing use.
• Create digital marketing designs for social media, ads, email campaigns, website banners, and other platforms.
• Edit and produce short videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Use AI tools in your daily workflow to speed up ideation, production, and enhancement while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver on deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team of at least 2-3 people
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
• A strong portfolio showcasing print, packaging, photo manipulation, and digital work (mandatory)

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
