Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience (fintech/finance experience is a big plus).
• Proficient with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma; motion skills are a bonus.
• Ability to visualize data, charts, and financial concepts in a clean, user-friendly way.
• Strong layout, color, typography, and hierarchy sense.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strategic thinking—design supports business and growth goals.
• Strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve ArihantPlus’ visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
• Growth & Marketing Support: Collaborate with growth, content, product, and marketing teams to design assets that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
• Creative Execution: Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing graphics.
• Campaign Design: Design creatives for product launches, performance marketing ads, emailers, webinars, and special initiatives.
• Iteration & Optimization: Use feedback and performance insights to refine designs and improve visual effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content strategists, researchers, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually.
