Job summary

Thehigherpitch is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to transform marketing briefs into compelling visuals for digital and print channels in Noida. You will craft social media creatives, banners, brochures, and presentations that communicate complex B2B solutions while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Demand Generation teams to produce assets for campaigns, launches, and events, staying updated on trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Experience in a B2B company or Marketing/Advertising Agency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing assets for digital and print channels (social, websites, emailers, brochures, case studies, presentations).
• Create visually compelling creatives aligned with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Design high-quality marketing assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, website banners, landing pages, emailers, brochures, case studies, presentations, whitepapers, infographics, and event collateral.
• Develop visually compelling creatives aligned with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging visual concepts that effectively communicate complex B2B products, services, and solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing and communication materials.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Content, and Demand Generation teams to create assets for integrated marketing campaigns.
• Design creatives for lead generation campaigns, webinars, product launches, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.
• Create visual assets optimized for LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, blogs, and other digital marketing channels, print collaterals
• Support sales teams by designing presentations, proposals, sales decks, one-pagers, and other client-facing collateral.
• Work with copywriters, marketers, UI/UX designers, and external stakeholders to conceptualize and execute impactful creative solutions.
• Translate briefs into innovative and effective visual designs while adhering to project timelines.
• incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and digital marketing best practices.
• Continuously improve design quality and introduce fresh creative ideas.
• Maintain organized design files and ensure efficient asset management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Prior experience in a B2B company or Marketing/Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
