Job summary

Pahwa Buildcon Private Limited is seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to independently handle graphic design, social media management, and video editing to support marketing efforts. The role requires Canva/Adobe tools and a portfolio.

Responsibilities include creating social content, managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube, and coordinating with the Sales/Marketing team. Experience in Real Estate/Construction is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and social media.
• Experience in Real Estate/Construction industry is a plus.
• Portfolio/showreel required for application.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, brochures, presentations, and campaigns.
• Manage company social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, project videos and event videos.
• Stay updated with social media trends and develop content ideas.
• Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns for real estate projects.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing for creative and campaign requirements.
• Monitor basic social media performance, engagement, and reach.

About the Role\<\/h3\>\

  • Good knowledge of \video editing tools\<\/b\> such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.\<\/li\>\
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.\<\/li\>\
  • Basic understanding of \digital marketing, social media marketing, hashtags, and online advertising\<\/b\>.\<\/li\>\
  • Good creativity, visual sense, communication, and time-management skills.\<\/li\>\<\/ul\>\

    Preferred:\<\/h3\>\

    Experience in \Real Estate / Construction / Builders / Architecture/Interior\<\/b\> industry will be an added advantage.\<\/p\>\
