About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support AM Realty Solutions' branding, marketing, and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will design engaging visual content and edit high-quality videos that effectively showcase our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, brochures, hoardings, and digital ad campaigns.
• Edit and produce videos for reels, project walkthroughs, ad shoots, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and video content.
• Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound to raw video footage.
• Design layouts for presentations, flyers, and project marketing collateral.
• Manage and organize a library of raw and edited creative assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and social media best practices.
• Coordinate with the on-camera content creator and marketing team for shoot planning and reshoots.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or Multimedia is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in graphic design and video editing preferred (real estate or marketing background a plus).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut.
• Understanding of formats and specifications for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
